Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your communications with GO SKYRA, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

How to request deletion

1. Contact GO SKYRA on WhatsApp at 01800006644.
2. Write Data Deletion Request and identify the messaging account or phone number involved.
3. Tell us whether you want your customer support messages or other eligible records deleted.
4. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request concerns your own data. Never provide a password or OTP.

What happens next

GO SKYRA will review your request, explain any necessary verification or lawful retention limitations, and communicate the outcome through an appropriate contact channel. Data already held independently by Meta or other third parties may need to be managed through their own privacy tools.
